Sara’s journey as a community builder began on the waters of her collegiate rowing team. As a stroke for the women’s varsity eight, she experienced firsthand the power of teamwork, rhythm, and camaraderie. Seeking a new challenge, she transitioned to coxswain for the men’s varsity eight, guiding the crew to triumph through her leadership, ability to understand each rower’s motivations, and skill in uniting them as a cohesive unit.

Sara’s gift for fostering community extended beyond the boat. She orchestrated numerous weddings (200+), each a joyful celebration of love and unity, expertly coordinating diverse groups of people and teams to create unforgettable experiences. Her ability to build rapport, understand individual needs, and align efforts towards a shared vision ensured seamless execution and lasting memories.
